The Big Task
You will assist our accounting team by handling essential tasks related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, financing, and data entry, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Subtasks
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform data entry to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with financial reporting and reconciling bank statements.
- Support in creating and maintaining financial schedules, forecasts, and budgets.
- Process invoices, payments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor and customer account information.
- Assist in month-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes and improve financial reporting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, and general accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel).
