Job Title: Marketing Communications Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Marketing Communications Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Campaign Manager by developing and coordinating strategic multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and contribute to the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
This role involves coordination of traditional and digital marketing communication platforms such as email, SMS, and direct mail. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, campaign-driven, and enjoys taking the initiative to enhance the reach and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing: (40%)
o Design and implement weekly email campaigns for all brands focused on customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions.
o Tailor messaging to align with specific audience segments, ensuring content is personalized and resonates with target demographics.
o Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve future email efforts.
o Stay up to date with email marketing trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
Campaign Coordination: (20%)
o Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with business goals, including brand awareness and revenue growth.
o Assist in creating campaign frameworks, defining target audiences, messaging, and timelines.
o Coordinate messaging across platforms to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
o Work with the content team to ensure all marketing materials, including blog posts, emails, social media updates, and landing pages, are aligned with campaign objectives and messaging.
SMS Marketing: (10%)
o Create targeted SMS campaigns to reach audiences directly, ensuring concise, impactful messaging that drives immediate engagement.
o Conduct frequency, timing, and messaging tests to maximize effectiveness of weekly campaigns and automated journeys.
Retention Marketing: (10%)
o Work with the Campaign Manager to create nurturing campaigns that effectively guide leads through each stage of the sales funnel, shortening the customer journey and accelerating conversions.
o Assist in coordination of retention-focused campaigns, including loyalty programs, referral incentives, and personalized messaging, to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
B2B Marketing Communication: (10%)
o Collaborate closely with the sales team to create targeted B2B communications, develop tailored support materials, and align strategies to drive wholesale growth.
o Refine and improve the wholesale customer journey, creating an engaging post-onboarding experience that strengthens partnerships and promotes repeat business.
o Utilize data to segment B2B audiences for precise targeting, adjusting campaigns based on insights and performance metrics to ensure relevance and impact.
Print Communications: (5%)
o Design impactful direct mail campaigns to drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness.
o Collaborate with the content team, designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand print materials.
o Monitor performance and ROI to refine future strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting: (5%)
o Regularly monitor and analyze communication and campaign performance, gathering insights from multiple sources to evaluate channel effectiveness.
o Present findings and reports to the Campaign Manager and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, campaign coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach, with a track record of taking initiative to improve processes and drive results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting persuasive, on-brand messaging.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (email platforms, data analysis tools, CRM software). Attentive, PostPilot, Asana experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
