What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent position at Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., Inc.?
- Must know about multiple roofing systems, single-ply, roof coatings systems, built-up systems, EPDM, PVC, etc.…
- Must have 3 years minimum managing crews
- Must know about all safety for roofing practices (fall protection) OSHA certified recommended not necessary
- Must be able to run heavy equipment
- Must be able to plan and organize crew and job site activities
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have a valid driver's license and can pass mvr requirements
- Pay depends on experience.
