Jolma Electric in Ashland, WI, is looking for hardworking General Laborers to assist with underground fiber installation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installing underground fiber and utility infrastructure
- Perform manual labor, including digging, lifting, and site preparation
- Set up PEDs, handholes, and other components
- Operate basic equipment (mini excavator, skid-steer, backhoe) as needed
- Maintain tools, trucks, and job site cleanliness
- Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take on different tasks
- Class A CDL preferred but not required
- Clean driving record is preferred
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
