Look no further – the Shipping and Receiving Specialist position at Jolt is all about managing inventory and ensuring that our customer orders are expertly prepared for shipment. Responsibilities
- Be responsible for daily shipping, ensuring orders go out promptly and accurately.
- Process orders through Shipstation and provide tracking information to the team.
- Receive incoming shipments, including pallets, using a pallet jack.
- Process warranty claims
- Print guides and labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts.
- Communicate internally through email and chat on shipping-related issues.
- Keep the Operations Manager informed of low stock items.
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
Working Hours
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
