Job Summary
A Project Integration Specialist will be a able to assist our team and clients with implementing, supporting, documenting and leading training for technical projects. Responsibilities include: assist on technical solutions implementations, communicate clearly with other team members about projects, transitioning clients to Jolt Technology systems and handle escalations from the Support Team. This role will include facilitating client-facing training as well as leading the hand-off of completed projects to the Support Team. The role will also handle administration of some internal systems. To be successful in this role, you should have a technical background, strong communication skills, and a consistent focus on the details, as well as direct experience with IT projects and processes.

Duties

  • Assist with executing designed and approved IT projects.
  • Provide hands-on work product to client including site visits and testing.
  • Complete project tasks as assigned, including client software, hardware, systems or license transitions.
  • Lead client training on newly installed systems
  • Provide post-project support for newly installed systems
  • Lead hand-off of completed projects to the Support Team
  • Become a subject mater expert for internal software systems, handle their administration and escalated issues
  • Assist in onboarding/off-boarding client companies.
  • Create documentation for client systems, hardware, and projects.
  • Work escalations from the Support Team for long-term or complex support issues.
  • Communicate the status of projects regularly, clearly, and efficiently to clients and other team members.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors (e.g. electricians, software providers) as necessary to implement solutions.
  • Act as a skills and knowledge resource for the support team, providing ticketing assistance as needed.
  • Continuously learn and stay current on technology used and implemented by Jolt and the field at large.
  • Make recommendations for training and transfer process knowledge.
  • Additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field preferred. Equivalent work experience also accepted.
  • At least two years of experience working as a help desk or service desk engineer
  • A Focus on creating consistently positive outcomes for clients.
  • Strong time management and the ability to remain organized while prioritizing many ongoing projects.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical issues clearly to our clients and .
  • Clearly document and effectively communicate technical processes in writing.
  • Detail-oriented and able to carefully follow documentation steps while self-checking work for mistakes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to in-the-moment changes and needs of clients with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn new technology systems and solve problems independently, using available resources.
  • Strong knowledge of business software systems including, Office 365, Windows, Azure, Entra, Sharepoint, Teams, etc. for SMB
  • Application support experience (EX, Quickbooks, Adobe,Sage and other LOB Applications)
  • Strong knowledge of networks, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, LAN/WAN, and switches.
  • Strong knowledge of technology systems to include computer hardware, mobile devices, phone systems, printers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Ability to use, quickly learn, and troubleshoot basic and intermediate computer software PC and Mac.
  • Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
