Jomar Valve, a manufacturer and distributor of innovative plumbing, industrial and HVAC components, is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join the marketing team as Marketing Coordinator. The role of Marketing Coordinator is a versatile one that balances creativity with organization. You will work closely with the marketing team to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our product line and brand in a B2B capacity. A successful candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can combine a creative perspective with technical detail, and is adept at juggling a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with peers to produce high quality, compelling content to translate our story, brand, and products.
- Contribute toward writing, editing, and reviewing copy for ads, press releases, and other efforts.
- Creative Design Support : Assist with the creation of graphic design elements for digital and print ads, social media posts, marketing collateral, tradeshow and event collateral, product packaging (such as box artwork, tags, stickers), product labels, product specification sheets, and more.
- Swag and Literature Inventory : Organize, track, and maintain the inventory of marketing materials, promotional swag, and literature.
- Web Design Support : Create and update pages in Wordpress and support website maintenance and traffic analysis.
- Photo & Video Assistance : Provide support to team members during photo / video shoots, including setting up, assisting with logistics, and helping with content capture as needed.
- Event Coordination Support : Assist with event planning and coordination, helping to prepare materials, logistics, and ensuring timely, successful execution.
- General Marketing Support : Assist in day-to-day marketing tasks, including research, reporting, campaign tracking, and coordination of cross-functional efforts.
- Ad-hoc Projects : Take on additional tasks and special projects as needed, providing general support to marketing department, other departments, and sales team as needed.
