About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and disciplined Customer Experience Representative to join the Jon Renau team. Responsibilities:
As a Client Experience Representative, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations, ensuring we maintain our industry-leading reputation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering Inbound Calls: Provide top-notch customer service to incoming queries.
- Order Placement: Assist clients in placing orders seamlessly.
- Stock Checks: Keep clients informed about product availability.
- Customer Inquiries: Address end consumer questions with expertise.
- Booking Education Classes: Organize and schedule product education sessions.
- Client Record Maintenance: Support Account Managers in keeping client information up-to-date.
- Desk Coverage: Step in for Account Managers as needed.
- Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely data management.
What You Bring:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the beauty industry is a bonus, as is a cosmetology license.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Organization: Strong self-management and time management abilities.
- Detail Orientation: Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively and productively with others.
- Bilingual Skills: Spanish/English fluency is a plus.
Physical Demands:
This role requires regular sitting, standing, walking, and using hands and fingers to operate a computer and phone. Occasionally, you may need to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
Work Schedule:
Shifts: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Location: On-site at our Carlsbad headquarters.
Flexibility: Overtime may be required based on business needs.
