Job Title : Executive Assistant / Art Installer

Location : Jonah Allen Gallery, Seagrove Beach, FL

Job Overview :

Jonah Allen Gallery is seeking a proactive and skilled Part-Time Executive Assistant / Art Installer to support a dynamic range of tasks from detailed art installations to managing day-to-day personal and professional responsibilities. If you are someone who thrives in managing multiple demands in a fast-paced environment and is meticulous in every detail, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do : Professional Tasks :

Art Installations : Lead the installation of artworks at various locations, ensuring each piece is securely and aesthetically placed according to specifications.
Gallery Operations : Order retail items, accept and unpack art crates, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gallery.
Project Management : Provide strategic support in managing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with high precision.

Personal Tasks :

Oversee and manage vehicle maintenance, including gas and oil changes.

Maintain paramotor and jetski, ensuring they are ready for use and well-maintained.

Handle laundry, clean the cold plunge, and prepare the Sprinter van for photo missions.

What You’ll Need :

Proven experience with tools and installation projects, ideally within an art-related or technical field.

Strong organizational skills, with a capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to learn new skills quickly.

Highly proficient in managing digital tools and apps necessary for scheduling and communication.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
