We are currently hiring multiple Retail Sales Representatives for our multiple locations in Cottonwood Mall and Coronado Mall in Albuquerque NM.

The ideal candidate will offer retail sales representative experience, alongside superior customer service focus. We prefer one year of prior retail/sales experience. Knowledge of products and related topics are a plus; however, we are willing to train the right individual. If you are highly motivated and ready to work independently please apply! You will be educating customers on our products, so communication is key in this role.

Responsibilities and duties:
· Provide the best customer experience by greeting our customers within 10 seconds, and offering assistance with a welcoming and friendly approach
· Ensures that all cash handling procedures are done according to policy and procedure
· Complete transitions accurately and efficiently while continuing to engage with the customer

Ability to utilize inventory tracking practices efficiently

· Recommend additional and complementary products· Provide customers information on current promotions/sales· Provides feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues that could impact productivity· Other duties as necessary.

Job Requirements:

· Ability to provide the highest level of customer service including a friendly and energetic personality with customer centered focus
· Must have open availability and be willing to cross train with other stores in the company as needed
· Ability to pass a criminal background check
· Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the store
· Provide references upon request
· Must work well in a team setting
· Ability to multitask
· Must have reliable transportation
· 1 year retail customer services and retail sales representative experience (preferred)
· Must be over the age of 18
