Agency Ownership Preparation : Successfully complete a 5-week course designed to refresh and deepen knowledge of Farmers Insurance products, services, and business operations.
Operational Support : Work directly with a District Manager and Agency Business Consultant to understand the operational, financial, and managerial aspects of running a successful Farmers Insurance agency.
Business Development : Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on offering customized insurance solutions. Promote Farmers Insurance products to potential customers, contributing to sales growth and market expansion.
Ongoing Education & Support : Take advantage of continuing education opportunities and support programs from Farmers Insurance to stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and business best practices.
Requirement
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Prior Sales Experience.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Professional phone etiquette.
Career minded vision.
Willing to obtain A Property & Casualty insurance license .
Willing to obtain A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
