Responsibilities
Build and manage your own book of business and oversee the agencys daily operations
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics to grow your business
Develop relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions
Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and products
Manage administrative tasks related to running your business, including client communication, policy updates, and claims handling
Collaborate with Farmers Insurance to access resources, tools, and ongoing training
Create and implement marketing strategies to promote your agency and expand your client base
Requirement
Pass a background check
Suitable money management skills
