We are looking for self-motivated, fast learning, and professionally sociable candidates to learn along side one of our top performing agency owners and their team in Wichita, KS.

You will pass a background check, be provided study materials and access to obtaining your licensing, learn the sales / marketing / networking industry, build your own business plan, and launch your own agency upon completion of the Protg Program (paid internship). It is a maximum 1 year slot, with compensation, and all the tools you need to be successful.

Responsibilities

Full time position

Flexible schedule

Obtain L&H and P&C license

Pass background check

Work alongside a Mentor Agent in their agency

Take on cold calling, marketing, time blocking skills in the beginning

Complete product training for insurance industry to increase your knowledge

Be self motivated to complete tasks and goals given to you

Learn the process of sourcing and using leads to close sales and cross sell

Meet New Business Sale metrics with eagerness and thorough customer service

Requirements
