Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth : Use your expertise to create and implement effective sales strategies, increasing revenue and building long-term client relationships.
Build Rapport & Trust : Establish strong relationships with clients through excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Cultivate trust that keeps clients coming back.
Market Over the Phone : Engage clients in a professional, friendly manner over the phone, explaining our insurance products and guiding them through their options.
Efficiently Navigate the CRM : Building quotes and servicing clients.
Requirements
Proven Sales Experience : At least 2 years of experience in sales or a leadership role, preferably in the insurance industry, but well train the right person.
Experience in Phone Marketing & Sales : Expertise in building rapport and selling over the phone. Your ability to connect with clients is key!
Excellent Communication Skills : Youre not just a seller; youre a relationship builder, communicator, and motivator. Your words have power!
Desire to Lead : You thrive in a leadership position and are excited to guide others to success.
Licensing : While we prefer candidates with P&C (Property & Casualty) and L&H (Life & Health) licenses, we are happy to provide licensing training for the right individual.
