Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with your mentor Agent to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent
- Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies
- Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options
- Make phone calls, send text messages and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers
- Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business
Requirements
- Candidate must clear a background check
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Prior sales experience (preferred)
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Must be willing to obtain proper/required licenses
