Duties
As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the office manager with daily office operations and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Utilizing South Carolina 811 to ensure locate tickets are entered in a timely manner and kept up to date. (Training on how to use SC 811 will be provided).
- Assisting our office manager with billing for our current and future contracts.
- Organizing files and maintaining an effective filing system for easy access to information.
- Keeping track of the daily logs for all employees.
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer literacy with experience in Google Suite applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to maintain high standards of documentation.
- Background in office management or similar administrative roles is preferred.
- Customer support experience that demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
