Are you ready to join an extraordinary team at an excellent golf club in Jupiter? Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Dining Supervisor to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of dining operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Schedule :
- During the summer, the F&B Operation is closed Sundays and Mondays
- Our busiest nights are Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
The Dining Supervisor will play a vital role in :
Leading daily operations : Ensuring smooth service flow, managing staff schedules, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ambiance throughout the dining areas.Coordinating and executing successful events : Collaborating with the events team to plan and execute flawless private and member banquets. This includes assisting with event setup, supervising service during events, and ensuring guest satisfaction.Developing and motivating the service team : Providing comprehensive training, conducting pre-shift meetings to communicate service goals and special instructions, addressing performance issues, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.Building strong member relationships : Learning member preferences, addressing their needs promptly, and resolving any concerns effectively.Maintaining a safe and compliant environment : Ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations while maintaining a secure working environment.Supporting administrative functions : Assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and preparing reports on dining operations.The ideal candidate will possess :
Proven supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong preference for experience in a country club, fine dining, or banquet setting.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.The ability to multitask effectively and adapt to dynamic service environments.Proficiency with Jonas point-of-sale (POS) systems and event management tools.A flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.Certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS) are highly preferred.Physical Requirements :
