Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Consultants need to talk with customers to determine their needs and wants. Have the ability to demonstrate merchandise knowledge and suggest additional items that complete a sale.
- Follow the sales process for all presentations, using proper greetings, rapport building, needs, and wants discovery, presentation, and closing techniques to ensure the customer is investing in the purchase of our product line.
- Accurately input all customer data, products, and special orders into the system.
- Ensure that all daily and weekly paperwork is accurate and complete. This includes verifying invoices, inventory, special orders, daily sales reports, and complete all bank deposits.
