Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cabinet installation, fabrication, and delivery tasks. As a Cabinet Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various projects while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
· Perform professional cabinet installation and adjustment tasks with precision
· Ensure houses are ready for installation and resolve any potential problems beforehand]
· Troubleshoot and address unexpected field problems in the most effective manner
· Utilize carpentry skills to ensure quality outcomes both in the shop and on projects
· Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications
· Maintain a list of houses under construction, including stage of completion
Qualifications
· Proven experience in cabinet installation (1 year preferred)
· Proficiency in woodworking and carpentry
· Knowledge of cabinetmaking techniques and materials
· Ability to modify and fabricate materials as needed
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in installation tasks
· Valid driver's license required
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in the field
· Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
· Must speak English fluently.
Compensation & Benefits
· Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
· Full-time: 40 hours per week
· Eligible for overtime pay (over 40 hours)
