Concierge – Residential Condominium Tower (Part-Time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 2 PM)


Jones Aur Commercial is seeking a dedicated Concierge to serve as the primary representative of both our company and a prestigious residential condominium tower. As the first point of contact for owners, residents, guests, and vendors, this role is essential in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.


This part-time position (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM) is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting residents with inquiries, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth daily operations.


The ideal candidate is reliable, highly organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication and customer service skills. A warm, professional demeanor is key to success in this role.

This position involves handling confidential client and company information, including highly sensitive financial data related to the property, tenants and the company, in the execution of the following essential duties:


  • Warmly greet residents and guests upon entry and exit
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, visitors, contractors, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Document and report all issues, ensuring the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager receive copies.
  • Schedule & Coordinate resident services, including scheduling maintenance, deliveries, and move-ins/move-outs
  • Assist with elevator reservations and access as needed
  • Familiarize yourself with and enforce building rules and regulations, providing guidance to residents when necessary.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, vendors, and building staff, maintaining an activity log for issue resolution.
  • Uphold building security procedures with integrity, ensuring proper handling of access codes and building safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of owner contact information.
  • Remain alert to surroundings and identify any suspicious activity.
  • Manage email communications and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor security cameras and maintain awareness of surroundings, identifying and reporting suspicious activity.
  • Adhere to a reliable work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, demonstrating consistent attendance and punctuality.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required.
  • Three to five years of experience in front desk operations, office management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Effective time management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask when necessary.
  • Ability to be proactive, resourceful, and remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including internet navigation, email communication (Microsoft Outlook), and standard office software, as well as the ability to operate basic office equipment.
  • Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing needs based on owner, company, or Property Manager requirements.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.


Physical & Mental Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity required for office equipment operation, including computers and calculators.
  • Mobility needed for handling files, supplies, running errands, or making deliveries.
  • Ability to remain alert, focused, and maintain a steady level of productivity under multiple demands and deadlines.
  • Stress tolerance to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail for long periods.


SAFETY-SENSITIVE DESIGNATION

This position is classified as safety-sensitive due to the regular handling of highly confidential and sensitive client and company information, including financial data. Performing the role requires continuous alertness and discretion, as any lapse in attention could have a significant impact on the company and its clients.

Salary : $14 - $16
