WHEN DO YOU WORK AS AN AUTO SERVICE WRITER?
This auto repair position typically works Monday- Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
In this position, you are a key player in ensuring that our customers receive quality service. Your role is to write service tickets, clearly communicating with our technicians about the jobs that need to be done. You are also responsible for communicating the repairs needed to our customers, making sure that they understand the work that needs to be done and the associated costs. The work you do is critical in ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services and that they return for any future automotive needs.
