Job Summary: As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete repairs and improvements on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job completion status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, property managers, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Handyman, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

- Pay based on experience. Under 3 years starts at $25, over 3 years starts at $30
- $1 and hour raise for every 15 jobs completed capping at $40
