Jones Dairy Farm, a family owned and operated business for over 135 years, is searching for a Sales Data Analyst . This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to leverage their strong communication skills in a growing company.
Position Summary :
Assist with the collection, organization, and analysis of sales data, update weekly and monthly data reports and dashboards. Develop sales presentations using syndicated data applications for Jones Dairy Farm and RAPA and syndicated database management.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns and areas for growth.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sales performance, trends and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Retail sales team to understand their needs and provide data driven insights to support their efforts.
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports for all sales channels.
- Assist Category Insight Manager to complete internal data presentations for internal sales meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Custom syndicated database management includes coding new items, item corrections, developing and maintaining report templates.
- Assist Regional Sales Managers at Jones trade shows or special events when needed.
- Accept special projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements :
Visual and manual dexterity to operate all office equipment efficiently. Occasional walking, bending, stooping, reach above shoulders, standing. Frequent sitting, talking, hearing, finger manipulation with intermittent exposure to cold, hot, damp and noisy environment. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. required.
