SAP EDI Analyst

Full Time Position

Charlotte, NC - Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled SAP EDI Analyst who will be dedicated to enhancing digital experiences for both B2B and B2C customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to develop A2A integrations and coordinate with E-Business partners to facilitate seamless B2B and B2C connectivity. You will be responsible for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing integration projects with operational support.

Key Qualifications & Requirements :

• Strong expertise in EDI X12 standards and messaging frameworks for E-Business applications.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience working with mapping tools for processing and generating EDI messages.
• Proven experience in supporting e-commerce operations with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Proficiency in integration development using APIs, EDI X12, FTP, and RFC calls.
• Solid understanding of retail industry standards, including GS-1, SSCC, and UPC.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP Business One, or SAP S / 4HANA.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools like Shopify and Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of online commerce platforms, including Amazon Fulfillment, Walmart MCS, and eBay.
• Project management experience is a plus.
