As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for executing complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership. Leveraging a national platform will allow you to focus on and lead industry changing projects that influence the future of work. Your strong knowledge of construction projects from start to finish will speak to your holistic approach to client needs. Your influence will be founded in facilitating critical stakeholder meetings, providing on-site project leadership and applying financial acumen to meet client goals.

Education and experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (PREFERRED)
• Commercial construction project management experience (REQUIRED)
• Experience working on a client account, and experienced with leadership communication skills, and construction planning and project execution skills
• Flexible, team-oriented work style, and able to manage multiple diverse types of projects, varying from $500K to multi-million dollar projects
• Minimum 10 years experience in the design / real estate / project management / construction industries

A relationship builder

Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and, of course you’ll be good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients.

Tech minded

The real estate and construction industries are consistently changing with technology. You’ll need to make technology work to your advantage. You must demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset.

Estimated total compensation for this position :

110,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD per year

On-site – Stamford, CT
