What this job involves :
JLL's Mobile Engineering Services Talent Acquisition group is looking to expand our team. Our team manages high-volume recruiting efforts, efficiently sourcing and hiring for a large number of positions throughout the recruiting process. This role plays a crucial part in identifying and attracting top technical talent to support JLL's innovative mobile engineering solutions and services.
What is your day-to-day?
- Full Cycle Recruiting : Responsible for managing candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm’s attributes.
- Develop and implement a targeted recruitment strategy for skilled trades, primarily focusing on HVAC technicians while also addressing needs for maintenance mechanics, electricians, and plumbers.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Business Partner(s), and / or business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitments to fill current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize creative sourcing approaches, including Internet, employee referrals, networking, and other forums to identify and engage qualified applicants for positions.
- Develop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent, conduct initial calls to potential candidates.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm-wide recruiting initiatives.
- Manage and update candidate activity on a tracker.
- Support Affirmative Action / Diversity initiatives.
