Summary of Job Description :

• Operates, inspects, and performs preventive maintenance on all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, plumbing fixtures, and not limited to all other systems with-in a facility.
• Maintain facilities to operating at a maximum capacity and life expectancy.
• Responsible for equipment being maintained in an energy efficient, safe manner, and down time is reduced to a minimum.
• Be proactive in making any unforeseen or necessary repairs to keep facility at 100% of uptime.
• Must maintain records on facilities and keep asset history of past operating experiences.
• Performs inspections and repairs to all assigned property interior, exterior areas, including walls, flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, and etc.
