Primary Responsibilities
Monthly Reporting
- Review monthly and year-to-date results vs budget for accuracy; research variances and add commentary to monthly variance reporting
- Prepare property reporting packages for review / approval by SGMs and ownership team; respond to questions / comments and update reports as needed
- Lead monthly accruals process by reviewing expenses incurred and not yet paid each month
Budgeting and Forecasting
Process Improvement Project Support
Kardin reporting package
Qualifications
This position is on a portfolio of properties in the Greater Boston area with the main office location in Boston, Massachusetts. While this is a primarily on-site position to start, opportunities to work a hybrid on-site / remote schedule will be considered.
