Engineering Leadership Opportunity
The Chief Innovation Officer for Engineering Operations is responsible for delivering innovative solutions within the client's Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) manufacturing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of facility managers, engineers, and functional administrators to ensure successful execution of IFM programs and engineering initiatives across all sites within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand existing engineering and operations strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement a robust engineering and operations strategy aligned with client goals, incorporating JLL expertise and best practices in the life sciences industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in projects, maintenance, and operations, including experience in GMP/GXP/regulated spaces, sites, and processes.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, methodologies, and tools, including safety, reliability, root cause analysis, agile, lean, six sigma, and sustainability.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with high voltage electric systems, including motor control systems, underground utility lines, and associated equipment.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with firm/client goals.
- Strong project management skills.
What We Offer:
- Total compensation range: $160,000.00 – $232,500.00 USD per year.
