Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of a robust engineering and operations strategy aligned with the client's goals.
- Collaborate with the client's internal teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Lead a team of facility managers, engineers, and functional administration in executing IFM programs and engineering initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in projects or maintenance and operations, with experience in GMP/GXP/regulated spaces sites and processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying and addressing critical operational and reliability issues.
- Exceptional client relationship management experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
