The ideal candidate will leverage their deep industry knowledge to lead projects and drive business growth in the Life Sciences sector.What is the day to day?Provide oversight and oversee delivery of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and working with regional business development representatives.Achieve sales target of $1M - $1.5M USD.Stay abreast of industry trends in the life sciences sector.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for clients.Mentor junior team members and share industry knowledge. Desired experience and technical skills - RequiredProven experience working for a life sciences organization or as a consultant to life sciences clientsDeep understanding of the life sciences industryExcellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level audiencesProven track record in sales within the life sciences sectorStrong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teamsBachelor's degree requiredExperience in a sales environment meeting KPI's10 years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting or industry rolesPreferredFamiliarity of lab design understanding GMP space and work flow planningKnowledge of manufacturing / supply chain processUnderstanding industrial equipment, like when calibrations are performedAdvanced Degree or Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related)Key CompetenciesIndustry passion : Demonstrates genuine enthusiasm for the life sciences sector and its evolving landscapeExecutive presence : Ability to command respect and build credibility with senior stakeholdersStrategic thinking : Capacity to understand complex business challenges and develop innovative solutionsAdaptability : Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing client needsLeadership : Ability to guide teams, mentor colleagues, and drive projects to successful completionBusiness acumen : Strong understanding of business principles and their application in the life sciences industryEstimated total compensation for this position : 150,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
