About the Role
The Senior Director of Operational Systems will play a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Director will focus on system best practices, process optimization, new business implementation, and continuous improvement of key systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT partners, the executive team, and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed road maps and drive execution for future changes to systems, integrations, and reporting.
- Manage a team of systems personnel to complete system development required to meet project requests.
- Manage unit testing, documentation, and implementation of new applications and technologies.
- Oversee multiple large-scale projects while aligning timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
- Analyze the functionality and capabilities of all software applications.
- Solve systems and software challenges with end-users.
- Develop Process Improvement initiatives and lead user group meetings.
- Develop FDDs (Functional Design Documents) and bridge the gap between business requirements and system enhancements.
- Prioritize and manage enhancements related to systems and applications.
- Provide general training on all systems and applications.
- Manage effective onboarding of new business.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience with the development, implementation, and operational oversight of Enterprise Systems.

- Knowledge of enterprise system management trends and best practices.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in relational databases, application design, and business logic.
