What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) II, Med Surg position at Jones Memorial Hospital?
Administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a registered professional nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
High School or equivalency, plus graduation from an approved school of practical nursing (one year). New York State License and Current registration required. Current BLS Certification. Six months experience required for Med/Surg must be JMH approved for medication administration.
