Jones Networking is recruiting for an experienced HR Benefits Coordinator for a DC Law Firm. Benefits Coordinator Position Summary
-Assist with the daily administration of all benefits programs including processing enrollment changes and monthly invoicing.
-Maintain a working knowledge of all health, welfare and retirement plan eligibility and enrollment requirements.
-Review and approve all submitted benefits enrollment tasks and assist with any annual system updates.
-Respond to benefits inquiries from attorneys in a timely manner.
-Conduct Benefits Orientations for staff and conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
-Interact with insurance carriers to coordinate eligibility documentation.
-Process vendor billing and coordinate payments.
-Support COBRA and billing administrative process to include collection and processing of monthly COBRA premium remittance, review monthly reports for past due payments and coordinate follow-up.
-Interface and communicate with all Firm personnel on all levels of benefits issues and inquiries.
-Assist with benefits and policy renewals.
-Coordinate and participate in all Benefits Open Enrollment activities.
Benefits Coordinator Qualifications
-Minimum two years benefits administration experience required.
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
-Knowledge of Workday HRMS preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong presentation skills.
-Extremely organized and attentive to detail.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
