Position Title: Inventory Parts Clerk
Location: Alexandria, Virginia
Department: Inventory / Manufacturing
Classification: Full time, Direct Hire
Schedule: 2pm-10:30pm, Monday - Friday

Inventory / Parts Clerk Position Summary:
-Manage parts inventory in maintenance storeroom on assigned shift
-Track maintenance work orders and ensure work orders are completed within specified time frames
-Communicate status updates of work performed or 'in process' to appropriate manager
-Receive deliveries; unpack and count inventory
-Perform data entry into ERP system
-Release parts to maintenance technicians upon request
-Notify supervisor when parts are needed for reorder
Qualifications Summary:
-Minimum one year experience with inventory support in an office, warehouse, auto body shop or retail / stockroom setting
-Strong attention to detail
-Proficiency with MS Word and Excel required; ERP experience is a plus
-Good numerical / mathematical aptitude
-Ability to climb a ladder to perform cycle counts
