Jones Networking is recruiting for an experienced Residential Building Maintenance Technician to join a Residential Property Management Team which offers terrific benefits and a competitive salary. This individual must be experienced with HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
Residential Building Maintenance Technician Position Summary:
- Responsible for servicing equipment
- Conducts daily inspections of buildings and property
- Interact with and be responsive to tenant and customer needs
- Monitor, control and executive all routine, special and preventive maintenance and service on various types of building equipment
Residential Building Maintenance Technician Qualifications Summary:
- HVAC, electrical and plumbing repair
- Residential building maintenance experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic carpentry skills
- Trade school education is a plus
