Jones Networking is recruiting for a Treasury Analyst to join an international Law Firm in Washington, DC. Treasury Analyst Position Summary:
-Manage daily cash and foreign exchange reports along with reviewing internal bank account funding requirements and borrowing needs.
-Coordinate timely vendor payments utilizing wire and ACH transactions.
-Track and manage payment issues including outstanding payments, payment returns/rejections and refunds.
-Create daily and monthly balance and transaction reports.
-Provide forecasts for cash balances and borrowing needs.
-Assist with monthly Cash Flow reporting.
-Monitor bank services to include opening and closing of accounts, maintaining signature file and updating letter of credit file.
-Identify variances and updates as needed to cash management.
Treasury Analyst Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
-Minimum 2 years related experience in cash management, banking and payment processing.
-Advanced Excel skills required.
-3E Elite and Chrome River experience preferred.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Salary : $69,000 - $89,000
