Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service and Repair Coordinator to manage our processes and ensure customer satisfaction for the Commercial Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, scheduling technician visits and providing office support to estimators and Commercial manager. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Duties
- Receive, schedule and ensure timely completion of service requests for commercial locations in Washington County.
- Collaborate with Commercial manager and Estimators to address warranty-related concerns.
- Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide office support to staff on warranty processes and best practices.
Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using BlueBeam, Procore or other construction software is a plus.
