At Jones Power, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our vehicle fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Registration & Title Management:
- Process vehicle registrations and renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all vehicle registrations.
- Maintenance Scheduling & Tracking:
- Coordinate with repair shops to schedule vehicle/equipment maintenance.
- Enter and track work orders for repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Monitor maintenance costs and identify areas for improvement.
- Fuel Card Management:
- Track fuel expenses and troubleshoot any issues with fuel cards.
- Monitor fuel efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Insurance Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle insurance policies and update as needed.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate fleet data in a dedicated management system.
- Generate reports on vehicle/equipment usage, maintenance costs, and other key metrics.
