- Process invoices related to vehicle/equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Maintenance Scheduling:
- Coordinate with repair shops to schedule vehicle/equipment maintenance.
- Fuel Card Management:
- Track fuel expenses and troubleshoot any issues with fuel cards.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as experience with fleet management software and knowledge of vehicle/equipment maintenance procedures and DOT regulations.
