Description
The Financial Advisor will collaborate with Jones & Roth CPAs to develop and implement comprehensive tax and investment strategies tailored to each client’s personal goals. The advisor will be part of a team that integrates investment planning, income protection, asset preservation, and retirement planning to deliver holistic financial plans. CPA partners will refer clients to the Financial Advisor for these services.
Responsibilities include:

Client Consultation - Meet with clients, along with CPAs, to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.

Financial Planning - Develop and implement customized financial plans, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management.

Investment Advice - Provide strategic advice on investment products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and insurance products.

Compliance - Ensure all financial advice and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Portfolio Management - Monitor and adjust client portfolios to align with their financial goals and market conditions.

Client Education - Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and investment strategies.

Documentation - Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports and client records.

Relationship Management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 10 of experience in financial planning or advisory roles.

Certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred or willingness to achieve within 12 months.

Licensing: Series 7, Series 66, and relevant insurance licenses.
