Bad Faith Associate Attorney - AZ

Jones, Skelton & Hochuli (JSH) is the fourth largest law firm in Arizona. JSH is seeking an Associate with 1-5 years of litigation experience to join our Bad Faith practice in our Arizona office. Prior experience in bad faith litigation and/or insurance defense is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent professional credentials. Qualifications:

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
• 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation and/or insurance defense
• Experience with discovery, disclosures, taking/defending depositions, drafting/arguing motions, and court appearances
• Excellent client service, oral advocacy, and written communication skills
