Jones Stephens is currently seeking a Product Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Perform welding procedures by interpreting written blueprints.
- Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and aligns with process specifications
- Ensure the manufacture of products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and of desired quality
- Some duties may include packing, wrapping, securing, or labeling containers
- Recognize and report any problems or deficiencies in the production process to management
- Assist with installation and qualification of production equipment
- Support safety programs, policies and practices that foster a safe work environment
- May assist with planning shipping from the manufacturing location
- Work on production assembly throughout the manufacturing process
- Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
- Effectively use standard hand tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, etc.)
- Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures preferred
- Comfortable standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and/or squatting
- Ability to carry objects up to 30 lbs by hand and perform repetitive movement
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
- Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism

Pay Range:
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
