Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) the analyst will measure progress towards operating objectives and identify areas for improvement. The position will work closely with cross functional teams to identify patterns and trends, prepare easy-to-interpret reports, quantify the effectiveness of business strategies and implement solutions.

Job Description

The position will work closely with cross functional teams to identify patterns and trends, prepare easy-to-interpret reports, quantify the effectiveness of business strategies and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the Asset Management team with reporting, financial analysis, research, process improvement, and due diligence
- Understand, develop and build financial models for high level analysis as well as user friendly templates for operational use
- Monitor and report on performance metrics for an existing portfolio of assets
- Create quarterly presentations for both internal and investor use
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables for both internal and investor use.
- Assist in the due diligence process for both dispositions and acquisitions
- Complete ad-hoc assignments as necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative and technical skills
- Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to problem solve complex issues
- Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Suite experience required
- Ideally 1-2 years of asset management, portfolio management or acquisitions experience
- Multi-family experience preferred but not required
