Jones Welding & Industrial Supply, Inc is looking for a Route Driver w / CDL A with Hazmat Endorsements to join our team! As a Route Driver, you are a key member of the team! You are responsible for delivering cylinders and welding goods to our clients. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• 1 Year of route driving experience requested
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and different routes
• Follow route and schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 to 100lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid commercial drivers license and clean driving record
• Must have Hazmat endorsement
• Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles, INCLUDING A MANUAL TRANSMISSION
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain effective relationships with current customers and vendors
