Jones Welding & Industrial Supply, Inc is looking for a Route Driver w / CDL A with Hazmat Endorsements to join our team! As a Route Driver, you are a key member of the team! Responsibilities
1 Year of route driving experience requested
Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and different routes
Follow route and schedule
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 to 100lbs.
Qualifications
Must have a valid commercial driver’s license and clean driving record
Must have Hazmat endorsement
Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles, INCLUDING A MANUAL TRANSMISSION
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to work independently
Must have excellent time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain effective relationships with current customers and vendors
