JonnyPops, based in Elk River, MN, develops, manufactures, distributes, and markets frozen novelty treats under the JonnyPops brand. Retailers from coast to coast including, Target, Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Publix, Kroger, along with thousands of regional and local grocers make JonnyPops a part of their assortment. Growing from a dorm room start-up in 2012, JonnyPops is focused on a continuing mission to introduce new people and markets to our better-for-you frozen treats, while also innovating and introducing delicious new products for everyone to enjoy!

We are excited to announce the opening of our new innovation center and are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Coordinator to assist in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operation at the front desk. We are excited to announce the opening of our new corporate office! As we set up our modern and dynamic workspace, we’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Front Desk Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a growing team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet,assist visitors and create the first point of contact. Administer? the required policies for all visitors, contractors and tenants.
  • Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate team member, or take detailed message.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure office supplies are ordered and stocked.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist with organizing office events and company functions and community celebration events.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of the daily catered lunch program.
  • Sort incoming mail and packages.
  • Contribute to the setup and smooth operation of the office during the transition into the new office space, including communicating with vendors and third parties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes during the office setup process
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position. Hours are flexible but will generally be within business hours (8 AM – 4 PM), Monday to Friday. Specific hours can be discussed during the interview process.

This is a full-time position, with standard business hours (8 AM – 4 PM), Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required during the office setup phase.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
