Jonti-Craft® is searching for a detail-oriented and strategic Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize our presence on Amazon, Wayfair, and other online marketplaces. This role will be responsible for overseeing product listings, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring product compliance with marketplace policies, and implementing strategies to drive sales and growth. You will also assist in our efforts to expand our online presence into new marketplaces while also cross-training on other marketing roles.

Essential Functions
1. Manage product listings, content, and images to ensure accuracy and compliance with online marketplace requirements.
2. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion rate.
3. Address listing suppressions, content discrepancies, and other technical challenges to maintain operations.
4. Monitor sales performance and inventory levels while making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
5. Monitor pricing across marketplaces to ensure adherence to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies and competitive positioning.
6. Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
7. Stay up to date with marketplace trends, policies, and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are followed.
8. Analyze reports and provide insights to improve marketplace performance and profitability.
9. Monitor customer reviews, questions, and ratings to enhance brand reputation and improve customer experience.
Additional Functions
1. Research and evaluate opportunities to expand Jonti-Craft's presence on additional online marketplaces.
2. Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and strategies to identify opportunities to improve performance.
3. Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and with broader business goals.
4. Identify inefficiencies in operations and suggest automation or workflow improvements to reduce manual efforts.
Qualifications
- 1. BA or BS in Marketing, Business Management, or other related fields preferred, but not required.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Experience selling on Amazon and / or other online marketplaces preferred but not required.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to gather and piece data from multiple sources together.
Working conditions
Our office environment is a typical office environment and does not substantially expose workers to adverse environmental conditions. The position may require occasional visits to the shop floor. Our production environment includes a variety of environmental elements including loud noise, dust and aromas. While this is an indoor operation, temperatures will vary with the outdoor temperature and some areas of the shop may be hot or cold.
