Your Role
Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver outstanding service by managing customer expectations and addressing inquiries via phone or email.
- Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Keep the team informed about customer feedback and complaints.
- Accurately enter customer orders into our IT system.
- Create and verify invoices promptly to maintain error-free records.
- Provide updates to customers on their order statuses.
- Maintain an organized document management system for sales orders.
- Oversee and support customer service representatives.
- Work closely with managers in shipping, warehouse, scheduling, production, and inventory to enhance operational processes.
- Address and resolve any order-related issues swiftly.
- Compile and publish daily order reports.
- Strong phone skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to achieving results.
- Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with software tools for order tracking and management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity after 90 days.
