Job Purpose
ADMS Product Manager is primarily responsible for leading the design, deployment, and maintenance of the new Electric Advanced Management Distribution System (ADMS). The ADMS system will be able to control our field devices such as line reclosers, capacitor banks, and gather information from all SCADA enabled assets. The ability to automate operations in real-time is a stepping stone to centralized Grid Automation transition. The ADMS product will integrate with many other grid modernization platforms to manage the utilization of our distribution system. Define and communicate an effective vision for digitalized work execution, its value, and benefit throughout the organization and with our stakeholders to create a collaborative and informed end-user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, prioritization, and product delivery.
- Define and measure business impact, and monitor performance of initiatives, and communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope, and priorities of our business objectives, and enable the team to drive results.
